Description
The Garlic Festival is a popular summer event that attracts an average of 20,000 visitors over two action-packed days. The event is centred around garlic and offer lots of attractions to delight most taste buds and offers far more than just food.
Its 2015 edition will be celebrated on the 15th and 16th of August and will once again bring together a variety of producers both local and from further afield offering the best of Britain, huge garlic marquees featuring cookery demonstrations all day long, mouth watering food and much more.
In addition to food experiences, the festival promises lots of enjoyment with many different activities and performances: live music, a zoo, arena entertainment, 100’s Art and Craft stalls and lots of children’s entertainers including a giant fun-fair, climbing walls and a busy all day arena which includes falconry displays, circus skills and talented dogs.
