Il Cous Cous Fest è il Festival internazionale dell’integrazione culturale, un importante appuntamento che si rinnova da sedici anni, coinvolgendo nella sua atmosfera festosa tutti i paesi dell’area euro-mediterranea e non solo. Protagonista indiscusso dell’evento è il cous cous, piatto ricco di storia ed elemento di sintesi tra culture, simbolo di apertura, meticciato e contaminazione. Momento centrale e' la gara gastronomica internazionale alla quale partecipano chef provenienti da tutto il mondo.
