Delicacies of Finland introduces Finnish local and organic food specialties from small manufacturers and producers coming from provinces all around Finland. Beer Festival Syystober serves a variety of best Finnish beers from mostly small breweries. The event will take place at the heart of Helsinki, Rautatientori between the 20th and 22nd of August. In October, in the Capital City of Finland the biggest food and wine event in the country takes place. It’s held at the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre (Mussekeskus) and it brings together international gastronomic delicacies that visitors can taste as well as culinary experiences. It is a real paradise for gastronomy lovers that runs over four days.

‘Taste of Helsinki’ is a must for those who enjoy big open air events and the taste of authentic regional food accompanied by great entertainment. This four-day-long event is a boutique picnic; an enjoyable journey through the flavours of the city that takes place in June in the centre of Helsinki. It brings together Helsinki’s best restaurants, famous chefs, great drinks, the best food from around Finland and live music.

At the end of August, the delights of various Finnish provinces meet in Helsinki city centre for the ‘Delicacies of Finland’ Event (Herkkujen Suomi). It is an event that has become a must for visitors to the Finnish Capital City in summer. It is the perfect chance to take a journey across the world of flavours Finland has to offer without ever having to leave Helsinki.
