We invite the experts and professionals to participate in creating and defining a regional gastronomic identity. The festival is co-financed by the Local Council and the Municipality of Sibiu through its Cultural Agenda 2016. There are many other events that take place during Food Culture Festival 2016. The vistors can participate in events such as Dinner in the citadel, Manor Cuisine of Romania, Rural County Brunch, Taste of Transylvania, Sibiu City Menu, New Transylvanian Cuisine and many more.

Dinner with old recipes of the Romanian, Saxon, Hungarian and Jewish communities from Sibiu.
