Tolminc Cheese Products

Tolminc is one of the most recognisable typical Slovenian cheeses. The production of fodder, milk processing and all technological processes must be conducted within the Upper Posočje area.

Luxembourg Honey Products

Created in 1948, this perfectly pure honey, Miel de Marque Nationale Luxembourgeois, is made by 180 producers all over Luxembourg on a non-industrial scale. It has a quality and specific character which sets it apart from other honeys.

This local breed of sheep is found in Germany, within the wetlands of the Diepholzer Moorniederung nature reserve. Its meat is typically tender, with a high degree of characteristic flavour and good colour stability. The major factor in the breed’s conservation is the existence of three breeding farms.

Kalix Löjrom Products

Produced from the roe of the vendace that are fished in the Gulf of Bothnia, the Swedish dish Kalix Löjrom requires a high level of expertise in its preparation. It has a mild taste of smooth fish oil and salt. The size of the roe varies from 0.8 mm to 1.3 mm.

‘Miód z Sejneńszczyzny/Łoździejszczyzny’/‘Seinų/Lazdijų krašto medus’ is a high quality honey obtained in an identical manner in Poland and Lithuania.

This cheese has been made since the Middle Ages and even today is prepared according to a traditional recipe. Produced from cow’s milk exclusively obtained in the Province of Noord-Holland, The Netherlands, its composition and the special method of preparation differentiates this dairy product from other Edam cheeses.

Manx Loaghtan Products

The Manx Loaghtan is a breed of sheep native to the Isle of Man that descends from those introduced in prehistoric times by either the Celts or the Vikings. Its meat is fine-grained, less fatty and darker than meat from more commercial breeds, and it has a distinct, gamey flavour.

This Italian extra virgin olive oil is made from pressing Ogliarola Vulture olives –at least 70%- and other olives like Cima di Melfi, Palmarola, Provenzale, Cannellina,Rotondella, Coratina, Leccino and Frantoio, to achieve a high quality product with an intense flavour. ‘Vulture’ PDO may be produced organically in some municipalities in Basilicata.
