Lisbon Fish and Flavours is a major culinary event in Portugal that has attracted international praise. This festival offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy innovative gastronomic dishes of fish, and seafood and the cooking of international chefs during culinary master classes and presentations.

Carlingford Oyster Festival is held every year since the late nineties. It promises four days of Oysters and lots of fun.The festival is a family orientated festival with Oyster treasure hunt, world crab fishing, street entertainment, children’s activities, live music, water regattas, food market and gourmet events including Carlingford’s Chowder Sunday.

Each year, on the last weekend of September, Galway City celebrates the International Oyster & Seafood Festival, the most internationally recognised Irish festival after St Patrick’s Day and the world’s longest running Oyster Festival in the country.

Every September since 1954, the city of Clarenbridge celebrates the king of seafood with a festival of food, entertainment, music, dancing and most of all a festival of fun with the Oyster at its centre. 

Cous Cous Fest is the International Festival of Cultural Integration, an important appointment that is renewed for seventeen years, involving in its festive atmosphere all countries of the euro-Mediterranean area.

This year is going to be bigger and better than ever!

“Açores Gastronomia Viva” it’s a food festival that aims to promote Azorean gastronomy and products combining them with modern cuisine techniques, while developing the vocational skills of the school trainees.

The 2 School Chefs, Sandro Meireles and Pedro Oliveira, host 4 friend chefs to prepare together 2 different top quality tasting menus paired with great Portuguese wines. 

During the weekend of the 28th and 29th of June, Ostend chefs prepare tastfull bites consisting of fish and seafood from the North Sea. They cook on location to create a vibrant atmosphere near the sea. This is the pefect way to discover new things concerning fish, while enjoying a delightful dish.
